Day 46: Solidify

Nemerov was talking about Van Gogh today. My family has a thing for Van Gogh. We have 4 cypress trees in our back yard. This fragment refers to Van Gogh's impasto technique, as if it were an attempt to capture the world physically in the paint. 
I've noticed I always feel compelled to use Galaxie Polaris Light for Professor Nemerov. Maybe it's in the fragility of the individual characters, but it's something about the two that just works.

Getting my read on with the NYT. Mostly the fragment has a nice ring. Ironically, I was trying to experiment with this "Scheduled Post" option that Reuxben kindly taught me, though it didn't seem to work. Now my post for yesterday is published today (March 10th is on the 11th)
But now I get it. Always next time.

Used Canadara for the numbers because it bothered me that the 1's were serifed. Picky picky.
